2 of 47 lost shipping containers recovered off Batangas
Only two of the 47 empty shipping containers that fell from the motor vessel Span Asia 39 off Batangas have been recovered, the Philippine Coast Guard reported. The remaining containers pose a navigation hazard, prompting a warning from the PCG.
