Pattaya Announces Temporary Traffic Closures for Second Road Surface Upgrade
Pattaya City has announced temporary traffic restrictions on a key stretch of Second Road, from Chai Mongkol Temple Intersection to Central Pattaya, starting August 14th, 2026, to facilitate major road improvement works. The project is expected to last several months.
