Senate impeachment court strikes 'lawyer who knows nothing' remark from record
The Senate impeachment court has ordered the removal of the phrase 'a lawyer who knows nothing' from the records, used by private prosecutor Benjamin Tolosa Jr. to describe Vice President Sara Duterte's counsel Michael Poa during questioning on DepEd confidential fund spending. The defense had called the remark 'rhetoric to provide drama'.
