Hun Sen's Donation Delivered to Frontline Troops in Oddar Meanchey

On the morning of Saturday, September 19, 2026, HE Keo Pong, personal assistant to Samdech Techo Hun Sen (Senior Minister) and President of the Peace Senior Minister Team, along with HE Dr. San Sok Sihanha, personal assistant to Samdech Techo, and their working group, delivered donations from Samdech Techo Hun Sen and Samdech Kittipritthbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen to frontline forces in Anlong Veng and Cham Songham, Oddar Meanchey Province. The delivery of these donations was made in accordance with the high-level directives and recommendations of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, and aims to contribute to supporting the frontline forces stationed along the border who are defending the nation. The donated items included 3,000 cases of Cambodia purified water. During the occasion, HE Keo Pong conveyed greetings from Samdech Techo and Samdech Kittipritthbandit, as well as from Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet and his spouse Dr. Pich Chanmony, to all the soldiers who have sacrificed their physical and mental strength to protect the nation and its people. The Prime Ministers and their spouses consistently pay close attention to the well-being of all heroic soldiers, especially advising all officials to give high priority to the welfare of veterans, frontline troops, soldiers' families, and displaced persons. HE Keo Pong expressed his respect, gratitude, and high appreciation for the heroic deeds and all-around sacrifices of the heroic soldiers in defending Cambodia's sovereignty and territorial integrity from the invasion of Thai forces along the Cambodia-Thailand border.
