Cambodia's Courts Process Over 129,000 Cases in First Half of 2026

Cambodia's courts nationwide received a total of 129,137 cases during the first half of 2026. Of these, 81,415 cases have been processed, achieving a resolution rate of 63.05%. Breaking down the figures, criminal cases accounted for 65,199 of the total received, with 44,689 cases resolved, resulting in a 68.54% resolution rate for criminal matters. Civil cases comprised 63,938 of the received caseload, and 36,726 of these were processed, yielding a 57.44% resolution rate for civil disputes.
