Kandal provincial authorities have continued their campaign to restore public order and remove construction that encroaches on the road reserve along National Road 21 in Takhmao City. The operation took place on the afternoon of September 14, 2026. This operation was personally led by Mr. Nop Dara, Deputy Governor of Kandal Province, with the aim of enhancing the city's aesthetics, facilitating vehicle parking, and effectively and safely reducing traffic congestion for the citizens.
