These appointments are seen as part of Vietnam's strategy to strengthen economic ties on the global stage and create new investment and business opportunities. Under its one-party system, Vietnam has continued to achieve economic growth, with notable progress in manufacturing and exports. However, maintaining and accelerating this growth requires robust relationship-building with foreign entities.
