Castro confirmed the meeting but said details of the schedule and agenda would be announced later. Mr. Blinken is in Manila from July 19 to 23 to attend the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Post-Ministerial Conference, the East Asia Summit Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, and the ASEAN Regional Forum.
