Marcos Distributes Scholarships, Rice Aid in Negros Oriental
President Marcos visited Negros Oriental, distributing P20,000 financial aid to 250 scholars and 10 kilos of rice to 2,230 beneficiaries. He also met with military personnel involved in maintaining security.
