Villages, Residential Groups Cut by 46.33% After Restructuring

As of November 10, a total of 18,589 government buildings and land sites subject to restructuring had been processed nationwide, according to the Ministry of Finance (MoF). Only with decisive leadership from above, proactive engagement at the grassroots, and public support can the system operate smoothly and effectively, meeting the country’s development requirements in the new era. On June 12, 2025, during its 9th session, the 15th National Assembly passed a resolution on the restructuring of Vietnam’s provincial-level administrative units.
