
熱帯低気圧が強まり暴風雨メイサクに
7月3日早朝、ホアンサ特別区の北西海で熱帯低気圧が強まり、2026年最初の暴風雨となった。 国立水文気象予報センターによると、午前4時、台風の目メイサクは海南島(中国)の南南東約110キロにあり、最も強い風は時速74キロ、突風レベル8、レベル10で、進行方向に向かっていたという。
