Mr. Recto said that during the July 9 meeting, Budget Secretary Kim Robert C. de Leon presented the key features of the 2027 NEP, which had been submitted to Mr. Marcos on Friday. “President Marcos hopes that the NEP prepared by the DBM was thoroughly scrutinized and studied,” he said.
