Matnog Port Set for P2.2 Billion Upgrade to Boost Logistics Hub
The Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) has allocated P2.2 billion for the expansion of facilities at Matnog Port, Luzon's busiest gateway for roll-on/roll-off (RORO) vessels. The first phase will involve constructing a port operational area and a continuous RORO ramp, aiming to enhance capacity for growing passenger and cargo traffic and invigorate regional logistics.
