Panama President to Visit Vietnam in October, Boosting Bilateral Ties

Panama's President José Raúl Mulino will make an official visit to Vietnam from October 5-8. The visit aims to strengthen bilateral relations, particularly expanding cooperation in trade, maritime affairs, and investment. This marks the first high-level exchange in nearly 15 years, with Vietnam viewing Panama as a key partner in Southeast Asia.
