Chinese scam leaders, Cambodian guards ordered into pre-trial detention
Eleven Cambodian security guards and five Chinese nationals have been remanded in pre-trial detention for their roles in a large-scale fraud operation in Poipet. The group used Telegram channels to monitor law enforcement and facilitate the escape of criminal suspects during a major crackdown.
