Vietnam Proposes 8% Increase in Preferential Allowances for Meritorious Persons from July 2026
The Vietnamese Ministry of Home Affairs has proposed an 8% increase in the standard preferential allowance for revolutionary meritorious persons, raising it from 2,789,000 VND to 3,012,000 VND, effective July 1, 2026.
