Ho Chi Minh City Police Pursue Suspect in Fatal Stabbing

A man was killed and his wife and son were injured in a house in Phuoc Hai commune, Ho Chi Minh City on the night of September 13. Police have cordoned off the scene and are pursuing the suspect who is believed to have fled on a motorcycle. The incident occurred shortly after 6 PM on September 13 at a residence along Vo Thi Sau Street, Tan Hoi Hamlet, Phuoc Hai Commune. Neighbors heard multiple screams from the house and discovered the homeowner deceased on the floor, with numerous bloodstains around. The wife and son were injured and transported to Ba Ria City Hospital. According to Ba Ria City Hospital, the victim's wife, Le Thi Muoi (58), was admitted with multiple head injuries. Her son-in-law, Nguyen Van Linh (34), sustained injuries to his shoulder, wrists, shins, left foot, and right heel, and is currently undergoing surgery. Police have set up a cordon at the alley leading to the crime scene and are conducting investigations. Local residents reported that the suspect is a local and was acquainted with the victim's family. The suspect reportedly left the scene on a motorcycle after the crime. Ho Chi Minh City police are currently conducting an investigation to apprehend the suspect.
