Indonesia: BPOM Detects Illegal Ingredients in 31 Natural Medicine and Health Supplement Products, Issues Stern Warning
Indonesia's National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) discovered 31 illegal natural medicine and health supplement products during its surveillance from May to June 2026. Thirty of these products contained active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), raising concerns about health risks.
