Lao News Agency Participates in Beijing Training Program on CPC Anniversary

Journalists from the Lao News Agency (KPL) participated in an international media training program in Beijing, commemorating the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). On July 23, 2026, media representatives from across the Asia-Pacific region and Arab countries, including KPL, received high-level briefings on the CPC's governance philosophy, modernization strategy, and long-term development vision. The program, hosted by Xinhuanet, provided three days of professional training and exchange opportunities. Participants also gained insights into China's people-centered approach to poverty alleviation and the transformation of major technology companies like JD.com. They also deepened their understanding of how China's mainstream media is reshaping global storytelling and its methods for global information dissemination leveraging AI.
