Vietnam Navy Region 3 Boosts Morale with Diverse Activities Ahead of National Day

Ahead of the 81st anniversary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's National Day on September 2nd, 1945, various units under Vietnam Navy Region 3 are organizing a multitude of cultural, artistic, sports, and recreational activities for their officers and soldiers.
