No products at all. It is said that large cargo trucks are transporting, but some are being seized," a resident of Myawaddy told the Irrawaddy Times. Along the Myawaddy-Kawkareik Asia Highway, many checkpoints have been set up by the interim government army, and passenger vehicles are also being strictly inspected, so those who want to transport goods are smuggling them through other routes. Furthermore, although the DKBA and Border Guard Force (BGF) are providing security and transport for border Thai products, in August, interim government troops entered and seized Thai product warehouses and cargo trucks that were secured by these forces in Hpa-an and Hlaingbwe townships. Similarly, on September 5, it was learned from regional sources that nearly 60 cargo trucks carrying Thai products from the Thai border town of Phayathonezu were seized and detained by troops under the interim government in Kyikmayaw Township.
