Tacloban City School Shooting: Police Say Suspects Had a Target
Police in Tacloban City, Philippines, announced that the two suspects in a high school shooting incident allegedly had a specific target. Investigations are also looking into bullying as a possible motive. The incident resulted in at least three student deaths and several injuries.
