DHL Begins Work on 71 Million USD Logistics Campus in Hung Yen

Global logistics leader DHL has begun construction of a state-of-the-art logistics campus worth US$71 million in the northern province of Hung Yen, Vietnam. This investment reflects Vietnam's solidifying position as a manufacturing and logistics hub in Asia. Hung Yen province currently hosts 4,189 valid investment projects, comprising 3,219 domestic and 970 foreign-invested ones, with a total registered capital of approximately US$49.4 billion. The province also actively promotes Vietnam-Japan connectivity, seeking investment and cooperation opportunities with Japanese businesses. Authorities are committed to working closely with investors to remove obstacles and foster favorable conditions for business expansion and long-term cooperation. The construction of DHL's facility highlights the increasing demand for integrated, technology-driven supply chain solutions in Vietnam. The country's 100-million-strong consumer market, rising incomes, and growing demand for processed and health-oriented food products make it an attractive gateway to Southeast Asia. Vietnam is capitalizing on its extensive network of free trade agreements (FTAs) and improving investment climate to attract new investments, expand manufacturing, and boost exports.
