The alleged incident involves a UAD student, identified by the initials ACR, accused of sexually harassing two female students, FM and ASM, during the KKN program. The victims reportedly followed the university's internal procedures by reporting the incident to UAD's Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM). The university, in conjunction with the Task Force for Prevention and Handling of Violence in Higher Education (Satgas PPKPT) and other relevant units, has been processing the report according to established procedures. Ariadi Nugraha, Head of Public Relations and Protocol at UAD, expressed the university's concern over the incident. He stated that LPPM has imposed an initial sanction, which includes the cancellation of the KKN program and a two-period ban from participating in future KKN activities. This decision has been approved by the parents or guardians of both parties involved. In addition to the KKN-related sanctions, UAD is also set to impose academic penalties on the student accused of harassment. These sanctions will be determined based on the severity of the violation, in accordance with UAD Rector Regulation Number 14 of 2024 concerning UAD Student Discipline. Ariadi affirmed that UAD respects the victims' choice to pursue legal action and emphasized that the university condemns all forms of sexual harassment and is committed to its prevention through the Satgas PPKPT.
