The Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC), commonly known as 'Techno', is Cambodia's oldest engineering higher education institution, established in 1964. Built with Soviet support and undergoing name changes and shifts in international backing, it has produced over 15,000 engineers to date, contributing to Cambodia's economic development. The institute aims to enhance the quality of education and research and foster innovation to achieve the nation's goal of becoming a high-income country by 2030.
