More rain from LPA off La Union, potential for tropical depression
A low-pressure area (LPA) over the Philippine Area of Responsibility has a high chance of developing into a tropical depression, bringing scattered rain and thunderstorms to northern and central Luzon over the next 48 hours. The southwest monsoon also continues to affect Metro Manila and other regions.
