MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan justices who voted to allow former senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr. to post bail committed a “serious error” in their resolution, according to the Office of the Ombudsman's prosecutors. This was raised in the motion for reconsideration filed by government prosecutors on Wednesday in a resolution where Third Division members voted to grant bail to Revilla Jr. Revilla Jr. faces charges of plunder and graft in connection with the pork barrel scam.
