Vietnamese President To Lam and New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon agreed to jointly create new growth drivers based on science, technology, innovation, and green transformation. Businesses were encouraged to view Vietnam as a partner for R&D, manufacturing, and innovation in Southeast Asia. Bilateral ties are gaining new momentum, with further expansion in education and agriculture.
