Furthermore, citizens who integrate five basic pieces of personal information and documents into VNeID and conduct administrative procedures online may be eligible for exemptions or reductions on various other fees, such as those for renewing national ID cards and reissuing license plates. The resolution emphasizes that digital citizens have the right to manage the exploitation and use of their personal data, with their rights and interests protected by law in the digital environment. Citizens are urged to proactively update and integrate their personal information into their VNeID accounts and national databases.
