CPP Youth Association Provides Free Haircuts and Rice Aid in Kampong Cham
Heng Non, a member of the CPP Central Committee, led 100 volunteer barbers to provide free haircuts to 500 students and residents in Kampong Cham. Additionally, one ton of rice, donated by Prime Minister Hun Manet and First Lady Pich Chanmony, was distributed to support local youth activities.
