Ex-Police Official Convicted in Korean Businessman's Murder Transferred to New Bilibid Prison
Former police official Rafael Dumlao, convicted in the 2016 murder of a South Korean businessman, has been transferred to New Bilibid Prison after his conviction was upheld by the Supreme Court, sentencing him to life imprisonment.
