Cambodia: Three Arrested for Forging Documents to Defraud Bank of Loans
Three women have been arrested in Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh, on suspicion of forging public documents to deceive bank staff and obtain loans. Authorities are continuing investigations to identify any further accomplices.
