President: Systematic standards needed for national civil servant recruitment

It is necessary to have systematic standards in the selection and recruitment of national civil servants in our country, and efforts should be made to ensure that appropriate and fair employment opportunities are provided according to educational qualifications, said Head of State Senior General Min Aung Hlaing. This was stated by the Head of State at a meeting of the Union Government held on September 15. He said that only when employment opportunities, salary levels, and opportunities for promotion are fair according to educational qualifications, will parents encourage education regarding their children's employment opportunities. He also said that in order to produce human resources with the necessary skills and capabilities for our country, the relevant ministries need to open and provide training courses and advanced training courses according to academic fields, quality, and qualifications. Only then will it be possible to continuously produce and benefit human resources needed in all sectors for the country, said Head of State Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
