Over 4,800 Typhoon-Hit Bohol Families Receive Aid from NHA

TAGBILARAN CITY, BOHOL, Philippines — Nearly five years after Super Typhoon Odette (international name: Rai) devastated Bohol, thousands of affected families in Catigbian town finally received financial assistance from the government. The National Housing Authority (NHA) distributed P48.84 million in financial assistance to 4,884 families affected by Odette during a “Handog ng Pangulo” (President's Gift) activity.
