Ho Chi Minh City continues its "protective scholarship" program, supporting students impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. For the 2026-2027 academic year, 7 new students have joined, bringing the total to 167 beneficiaries receiving support from educational institutions. Launched in 2021, the program provides long-term assistance to nurture students' futures.
