Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman hails Vietnamese community in Mongolia as 'bridge'

Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man arrived at Chinggis Khaan International Airport in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, on September 9 (local time), commencing an official visit to Mongolia at the invitation of the Speaker of the Mongolian Parliament. Chairman Man, accompanied by his wife, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga, led a high-level delegation from Vietnam. During his visit, Chairman Man met with the Vietnamese expatriate community in Mongolia. He lauded the community, stating that they serve as a crucial 'bridge' connecting the relations between Vietnam and Mongolia. Additionally, Chairman Man visited a school in Mongolia named after President Ho Chi Minh, expressing hopes for the education of the younger generation and the continued development of friendly relations between the two nations. This visit aims to elevate the comprehensive partnership between Vietnam and Mongolia to new heights and is expected to provide an opportunity to further strengthen the historical friendly ties between the two countries.
