Woman Arrested in Battambang for Fraudulent Practices
A woman has been arrested in Cambodia's Battambang province for allegedly defrauding people by misrepresenting luxury goods and absconding with pledged assets. Police from three districts collaborated in the investigation following multiple victim complaints.
