To alleviate financing challenges for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), the backbone of Laos' economy, BFL and IFC have launched a Risk Sharing Facility (RSF). Both parties will contribute US$5 million each, supporting a US$10 million SME loan portfolio.
