Four psychology graduates achieved the highest rating of 94.40% in the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced. They surpassed over 14,000 candidates who passed the exam.
At least four Psychology graduates were named topnotchers in the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced. John Jefferson Albes Aguila (University of Rizal System-Morong), Caithlin Joy Garaña (Bicol University-Daraga, Joannah Patricia Lising Palado (Ateneo de Manila University - Quezon City), and Kobe Andrei Caparida Rufo (Trinity University of Asia) all garnered the highest percentage rating of 94.40. They bested all 14,146 graduates who successfully hurdled the licensure examination given by the Board of Psychology in 17 testing centers all over the Philippines this September 2026. — BAP, GMA News
