Mr. Margulan Baimukhan, who has been appointed as the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar with full powers, presented his credentials to the State President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, U Min Aung Hlaing, at the State President's reception hall in Nay Pyi Taw at 11 AM today (July 22). At the credential presentation ceremony, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Myanmar first arrived at the reception hall of the State President's reception hall and ceremonial hall, paid respects to the flag of Myanmar and the flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan, received salutes from the honor guard, and the honor guard played the national anthems of the two countries. Subsequently, in the diplomatic reception hall of the State President's reception hall, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, H.E. Mr. Margulan Baimukhan, presented his credentials to the State President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, U Min Aung Hlaing. Following this, it was discussed that although the Republic of Myanmar and the Republic of Kazakhstan are geographically distant, their mutual cooperation and friendly relations are steadily progressing and improving; the Republic of Kazakhstan is proud and pleased with the successful holding of free and fair multi-party democratic general elections in Myanmar and the fact that the elected government led by State President U Min Aung Hlaing is serving the state; the current situation where parliamentary elections will be held in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the near future and officials from the Myanmar Election Commission have been invited to observe; the situation of enhancing cooperation in the sectors of trade, economy, agriculture, mining, education, health, digital technology, and transportation between the two countries; the situation of enhancing cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries after the elections are held in the Republic of Kazakhstan; the situation where the Republic of Kazakhstan, located in the Central Asian region, can enhance economic exchanges between South Asian countries and ASEAN countries through Myanmar via China; Myanmar is striving to improve its international relations, and is also striving to improve relations with regional countries and ASEAN member states; and the situation of further enhancing friendly relations, cooperation, and diplomatic relations between the two countries.
