Nghe An Province Pilots Monthly Scoring for Public Investment Fund Disbursement

Nghe An Province in central Vietnam has begun piloting a new evaluation system aimed at promoting the planned execution and disbursement of public investment funds. Announced by the Provincial People's Committee, this policy involves scoring each ministry, department, local authority, and investor allocated with funds based on their monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement results.
