Conducting Inspection Tour: Kayah State CM inspected repair and maintenance works

The Kayah State Chief Minister U Ant Maw, accompanied by the commander of regional operations Command and members of the state government, conducted an inspection tour of the repair and maintenance work being carried out at the Technological University (Loikaw), the Daw-U Khu staff housing, and the ministers’ housing, on Tuesday. First, the Chief Minister and officials arrived at the Technological University (Loikaw) located in Maing Lone Ward, Loikaw. They inspected the university's main building, university facilities, classrooms, workshops, and the dining hall, which had been damaged by terrorists, and provided necessary guidance to the responsible personnel. Currently, the Technological University (Loikaw) is temporarily co-located and operating at the University of Computer Studies (Loikaw), with a total of 82 first-year, second-year, and third-year students attending classes. Subsequently, the State Chief Minister and officials inspected the major renovation work being conducted at the staff housing in Daw-U Khu Ward and the ministers’ housing in Naung Yar (A) Ward, both of which had suffered damage due to terrorist acts, and gave necessary instructions to the officials, it’s reported.
