Cambodia Emphasizes Human Capital Development for 2050 Vision
Cambodia's government spokesperson, Pen Bona, urged youth to acquire advanced skills and capabilities to navigate increasing job market competition amid national development. He stated that to become true human capital serving the nation, youth must possess at least one clear specialization, both hard and soft skills, good morals, robust health, and strong patriotism. Bona affirmed that the government provides all favorable opportunities for youth education and urged them to seize these opportunities through self-exertion to shape their future as genuine human capital. The lecture aimed to: 1. Deepen youth understanding of national policies and the government's "Pentagonal Strategy." 2.
