ACB Awards VND 3 Billion Scholarship to UEH Students

Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) has launched a long-term scholarship program worth VND 3 billion (approximately USD 180,000) in collaboration with the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). This initiative aims not only to provide financial support to students but also to build a comprehensive connection model between the university and businesses, fostering the development of young talent. ACB has demonstrated strong profit recovery and maintained a safe growth foundation in recent years, solidifying its position as a key financial institution supporting Vietnam's stable economic growth. The university has also been active in education, announcing its admission criteria for regular postgraduate programs in 2026. Furthermore, the University of Economics and Finance Ho Chi Minh City has also released its admission selection criteria, indicating an expansion of access to higher education across Vietnam. ACB Chairman Trần Hùng Huy has highlighted the risks of "not continuing to learn" among leaders, emphasizing the importance of investing in human resource development. Against this backdrop, the scholarship program is expected to contribute to identifying and nurturing excellent talents who will lead Vietnam's future economy.
