Regian Eersel, the ONE Muay Thai and Kickboxing Lightweight World Champion from Suriname, is set to defend his Muay Thai belt for the fourth time against George Jarvis from the United Kingdom in a rematch at The Inner Circle 33. The event will take place on Friday, October 2nd, at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium (Ramintra) and will be exclusively live-streamed for members on Live.ONEFC.com from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. In their previous encounter at ONE Fight Night 34 in August last year, Jarvis challenged Eersel for the Muay Thai strap but was knocked out in the first round, marking the first time in his professional career. A year later, Jarvis has fought his way back by defeating two top Thai fighters, earning him another shot at Eersel. Jarvis is ready to learn from all his mistakes from the first fight and aims to exact revenge and snatch the belt from Eersel. He secured a unanimous decision victory over Sinthemut Klinmee at ONE Fight Night 41 and most recently delivered a standout performance by knocking out his old rival Rungravee again at ONE Fight Night 44 in March. After finishing the durable Rungravee for the second time, Jarvis wasted no time in calling for a rematch against Eersel for the belt, and his wish has been granted.
