PATTAYA: On September 11th, 2026, the Pattaya City Council welcomed a 140-member delegation of executives, council members and staff from the Yasothon Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO) for a study visit at Room 401, Thapphraya, Pattaya City Hall. The visit formed part of Yasothon PAO’s fiscal year 2026 training, seminar and study-tour program. Pattaya City Council President Phraiwan Aromchuen welcomed the delegation. The visit aimed to provide the Yasothon PAO delegation with insights into Pattaya's administrative operations, urban development strategies, and how it delivers services to its citizens. The discussions likely focused on the challenges and innovative approaches adopted by Pattaya, a prominent tourism city.
