Bogus 'Pink Card' Racket Broken Up in Bangkok, Seven Arrested

A fraudulent scheme in Bangkok involving the fake registration of over 1,300 foreign children, primarily from Myanmar, at a public housing complex has been uncovered. The registrations were used to obtain 'pink cards,' granting access to Thai public services. Seven individuals, including three civil servants, have been arrested.
