NCRPO Downgrades Alert Level to Heightened After INC Rally Concludes

The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) has downgraded its alert status to heightened alert from full alert after the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) rally concluded. The rally, which initially began without a permit, later moved to Manila. Minor incidents were reported on the first day.
