Thai Constitutional Court to Rule on 400 Billion Baht Loan Decree July 9

The Thai Constitutional Court has set July 9 for its ruling on the constitutionality of a royal decree authorizing the Ministry of Finance to borrow 400 billion baht to address energy crisis impacts and transition.
