Cambodia and Japan signed an Exchange of Notes on June 22 for a JPY 24.237 billion (approx. US$162.7 million) Yen Loan to support the Southwest Phnom Penh Irrigation and Drainage Rehabilitation and Improvement Project (III). The assistance aims to enhance agricultural productivity and mitigate flood damage.
